Everyone needs help navigating life’s most challenging transitions. As a therapist, my goal is to help my clients develop the self-awareness they need to navigate even the toughest moments and feel more alive and authentic in their daily lives. My practice style is warm, encouraging, non-pathologizing and affirming of all genders and sexual orientations. I have experience helping people struggling with negative self-talk, addiction, challenging relationships, big life transitions (marriage, new job, new kid, etc.), self-doubt, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss.
