I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. With over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, I have accumulated skills suited for working with a wide variety of clients, but I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, eating disorders, and substance use. My clinical approach pulls from a range of evidence based modalities based on your needs. I have completed formal training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and am certified by the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals to work with clients who live with eating disorders.
