Our lives seemingly never go as planned, and even if it does- it is not without hardship. Clients I work with are seeking help with anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transition/adjustment, relationship issues, career stagnation/transition, among other challenges. Together we work towards personal, career, and mental health goals by providing the skills to better understand the inner workings of our mind and psyche. I aim to be the bridge between the individual and a self-sufficient and fully integrated life. I am a LGBTQ+ friendly, sex positive, and open-minded clinician providing a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities. I understand the importance of developing strategies to better your life and mental health, of finding a rewarding/fulfilling career and navigating the difficulties of deciding what it is that you want to do.
