It is my belief that human connection is the fundamental building block of therapy. Your comfort and providing a safe space for healing is my priority. I come from humble beginnings and have stayed close to those roots with my work in community mental health, mental health court, and residential addiction treatment. It is an honor and a privilege to do the work that I do.

I have worked with diverse client needs, including addiction, anxiety, career concerns/aspirations, depression, relationships, and trauma. I have a primary therapeutic modality of Adlerian. We are social creatures so let’s connect and get you where you are wanting to be!

Therapy does not have to be all doom and gloom. It is about being comfortable getting uncomfortable but we will work through the uncomfortable together.
