My name is Jessica, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently practicing in California and Oregon. I have been working in the mental health field for about 9 years working with diverse populations providing varying levels of services from community based treatment to individual therapy. I have worked for 8+ years in the health industry in conjunction with my mental health work where I have supported clients in developing mental toughness, increasing self-esteem/confidence, working through health concerns and emotional eating. I find myself using a Strengths-Based approach to therapy and utilizing the strengths my clients have within them as a foundation to build upon to help them move on with their daily lives. My hopes with all my clients are that they feel they are able to work at their maximum potential and gain useful skills to remove any barriers they are currently experiencing and tools to overcome future concerns.
