About

I am a Christian mental health therapist licensed in Colorado with almost 3 years of counseling experience. I have worked with a range of client issues and concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship and parenting problems, addiction issues, and faith-based issues. I have also worked with clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, as well as providing mental health evaluations.

My counseling style is interactive and realistic. I believe in engaging with clients on their level and offering respect, empathy and grace and try to avoid labels when possible. My approach combines reality therapy and existential techniques from a Christian foundation, as well as cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing techniques as needed. I try to match each client to their treatment as each set of needs is unique to that person.

I realize and appreciate the courage it takes to seek help in fulfilling a happier life, the first steps of change are never easy. I am here to offer support, empowerment and guidance as you begin this new journey of growth and healing.
