I'm licensed as a clinical social worker and specialize in a CBT framework called TEAM, used for anxiety, depression, habits, relationship issues and more. I am passionate about helping adults navigate through chronic or unexpected challenges and traumatic events. I empower them to face their fears, get unstuck, find inner peace, and live more freely.
