I am a licensed clinical social worker, licensed in the state of California, with over 9 years of experience as a clinician. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anxiety/panic, relationship issues, parenting problems, and trauma.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe that therapy is not a one size fits all approach to change. I utilize a generalist approach in which treatment is tailored to meet each individual client's needs. I usually begin with an assessment of a person's strengths and develop a treatment plan based on those identified strengths. Modalities I have implemented include mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma focused therapy.
