I graduated from the University of Central Florida with my M.A. in Mental Health Counseling and certification in marriage and family therapy. I am bilingual therapist who is passionate on working closely with my clients on their personal journey of healing and self-growth. Areas that I specialize in are anxiety, depression, OCD, teen challenges, victims of narcissistic abuse, Latino population, and couples. What is your approach to therapy? I am not your "traditional" therapist. I consider myself a modern therapist by creating personable connections with my clients while using an evidence-based approach. I offer individualized quality of care while implementing CBT and Solution-Focused strategies. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I believe that the therapy room is a safe haven for my clients to be real and vulnerable. Through our work together, I challenge my clients to take steps towards their personal growth goals.
