I have provided counseling & therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in various settings including schools, group homes, residential treatment facilities, in-office, in-home and virtually. My treatment specialties and interests include mental health for women & girls, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, parenting support, pre & postnatal support, grief, trauma, adjustment, stress management, divorce/separation, and support for military families. While providing a safe and comfortable environment, I develop flexible treatment modalities centered on your individual needs. I prefers to take a collaborative and creative approach to the therapeutic process, develop a strong therapeutic relationship, get to know the individual client, and determine which practices and tools will work best to help you through any challenges or concerns you're facing. Therapy is one of the best forms of self care, and I believe self care is the path toward a more proactive, restorative, and enriching life.
