Greetings!
My name is Jessica and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Tennessee with over 6 years of experience working as a clinical psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a variety of therapeutic concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, communication concerns, career challenges, PTSD, and spectrum disorders. I specialize in trauma-informed care and am trained in a special type of therapy for PTSD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, called EMDR- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy.

My counseling style is warm, open, caring, and interactive. I believe respect, sensitivity, and compassion are important skills for a therapist to possess in order to provide a positive therapeutic rapport with clients. It is always my goal for you to feel welcome, safe, heard, and understood in each session. My approach combines client-centered, cognitive-behavioral, psycho-dynamic, mindfulness, and trauma-focused counseling. I will tailor our clinical sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific therapy needs.
