I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of licensed experience. I also have a certificate in trauma studies from Lesley University and a certificate in CBT from Boston University. I began my career in crisis intervention and have transitioned to primarily psychosocial rehabilitation. I have experience working with people struggling with Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Eating Disorders. My primary goal is to help clients feel closer to their values and live fulfilling lives.

I strongly believe in looking at the whole person. Utilizing client's strengths and network is a key piece to recovery work for me. I help clients gain independence and agency in their lives. Our work together will be a partnership as we develop an individualized plan for recovery/wellness.
Drawing from a number of treatment modalities and orientations, we will identify what works best for you. I also hope that we can incorporate some humor to balance the difficult work being done. I am also able to meet clients in their homes or in the community when appropriate.

I love working with clients who struggle with chronic mental illness. Chronic depression, debilitating anxiety, derailing mood disorders, difficulty managing relationships are all areas that I love to dig deep into with my clients. I am here to honor your journey as well as hope to help guide you through making the (potentially painful) small steps to start building back a meaningful life.
