Anxiety is universal, but it doesn't have to run us - the therapy I offer is a path to leaning into life's challenges with a spirit of friendliness towards ourselves, openness to opportunity, acceptance of the unknown and willingness to make the changes we can make. Our worried selves view life from a small lens of either/or, when it is so often possible to open up to the larger view of yes/and. My practice is warm and compassionate; through relaxation techniques, curiosity and inquiry, I help patients to identify and conquer barriers to happiness and greater ease. It is my belief that therapy can be fun, rich and rewarding!

As a trainee in Brown's Mindfulness Teacher Training Program, I collaborate with patients in adopting and practicing mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques that allow us to return to ourselves, our bodies, and the present moment. I specialize in helping young people navigate the daily challenges presented by school, work, family and athletics.
