I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I have had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, families, and couples. During my 14 years as a therapist, I have seen clients for a variety of issues including grief and loss, adoption, infertility, anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD. I enjoy working collaboratively with my client's to help them find the best solutions for the issues that they are dealing with. I believe that building a strong foundation of trust in the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of the therapeutic process. I utilize techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR and Trauma Focused Cognitive behavioral therapy.
