Life can be both wonderful and extremely stressful; we may feel as if we have no control over our lives at times. Therapy is a great way to gain back a sense of control and feel empowered to handle life’s ups and downs. My goal as a therapist is to support clients in achieving their goals. I have eight years of experience working with adolescent and adult clients struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and the stress of daily life. I use a variety of approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to help clients feel empowered in their lives.
