"Are you feeling overwhelmed, in a “funk”, lonely, or out-of-sorts? Do you feel like you have to put on a face to show that you have it all together? It can be hard to ask for help, but coming here is a great first step toward living a fuller, happier life. I know from personal experience about the struggle of getting out of your own way and opening yourself up to change.
