I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Michigan with over 15 years of experience working as a social worker and a counselor. My main area of focus has been working with children and families with concerns ranging from depression, anxiety, parenting problems, anger management, suicidal ideation, self harm, trauma and school challenges. I have also worked individually with adults focusing on depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, trauma, PTSD and life changes.

My therapy style is warm, encouraging and interactive. I believe it is highly important to treat everyone I encounter with respect and compassion. I do not believe in judgement or labels and I believe everyone needs tan opportunity o be heard and understood. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and person-centered therapy. Your treatment plan will be individually created to meet your specific needs that are unique to you.
