Hi there! I’m Jess (she/her) and I’m a Licensed Certified Social Worker in Arkansas with three years of experience working as a therapist and counselor. My approach to therapy is customized to you and to fit specific clients issues and needs. I offer confidential therapy for a broad range of presenting needs and current issues. I have experience working with adults, adolescents/teens, and children seeking therapy for issues including but not limited to: depression/mood issues, anxiety, adjustment issues, life stress, self-esteem/body image, gender/sexuality and LGBTQIA+ issues.

I work from a strength-based, client-centered, and encouraging perspective and combine various treatment styles including cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and solution-focused interventions. I believe in the value and worth of every human and the power of connection and relationship to explore and foster change. I believe in equity and access and the impacts of systemic and social justice issues on all human beings in their contexts and I strive to consistently integrate this awareness into my therapeutic relationships.

Therapy with me centers on having an empathic, trained human to talk to and connect with, exploring and creating healthy life changes, adjusting to change, building resiliency, enhancing skills, and embracing growth.
