My name is Jess Parker and clients come to me to work on a myriad of different struggles. Whether anxiety, depression, life changes, trauma, disputes, ADHD or marital issues. Most have struggled along for a while, supporting those around them and neglecting themselves. My goal as a therapist is to help you, the client achieve your goals. We start out by getting to know each other, then we create the goals we will be working on. Together we begin to address issues past and present and develop strategies and coping skills to help you move forward.
