Welcome! I'm a psychotherapist who specializes in working with adults going through a hard time, and looking for support. People who are experiencing challenges in their relationship with themselves or others. In my 20 years working in the behavioral health field, I've helped clients navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, break through depression, overcome behaviors no longer serving them, improve their relationships, and develop a greater understanding and compassion for themselves and others.
