Hello, I'm Jessica. Congratulations on taking this next step in your journey to becoming the best version of yourself! Starting therapy, whether you have never been in therapy before or are trying a new way to connect with a therapist, can be scary, and I hope learning more about me and how I approach therapy helps you feel more comfortable. I specialize in helping people heal from trauma, build resilience, and find balance. I have been practicing clinical social work as a therapist in private practice for the past twelve years. I have worked with people of all ages, experiencing a wide range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, autism, and difficulty adjusting to life changes. I am non-judgmental, open, and committed to the core social work values: service, social justice, dignity and worth of the person, the importance of human relationships, integrity and competence.
