Hello and Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey as well as Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) in Maryland. I received my Bachelor's degree in social work from The University of Georgia and my Master's in social work from The University of Maryland- Baltimore.

My counseling approach is individualized to each client based on their needs, life circumstances, and strengths. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including but not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused therapy, and positive psychology. I have worked with people who have and/or are experiencing depression, anxiety, domestic violence, sexual assault, grief, life transitions/changes, college/work/parenting stress, and survivors of childhood sexual abuse. No matter what you are seeking therapy for, I hope that you will find me warm yet gently assertive in holding you accountable to help you reach the treatment goals that we will come up with together.
