I am a licensed clinical social worker in North Carolina. I am down to earth and respectful of people's desire to change. I believe collaboration and an open working partnership is the best way for you to meet your goals. I am comfortable with complexity and believe that issues manifest themselves in a variety of ways in daily life. I work from a strength based perspective. I believe that we are all capable of learning to navigate our lives in an authentic and insightful way. I tailor my approach to meet you where you are, whether your goal is to learn healthy coping skills or processing the depths of pain and uncertainty you experience. I am a non-judgmental person and respect and understand that we all have our own unique vision of our life. My strength lies in this respect for autonomy.
