Whether you are struggling to manage your emotions, experiencing the stresses of parenthood, or having difficulty coping with emotions and negative thoughts, I am here to help. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey with 12 years of experience. I have worked with teens and adults on the Autism spectrum, clients dealing with mood and anxiety disorders, college students, and parents in all stages of their journey. My counseling style is warm and non-judgmental. I believe in meeting you "where you are at" and that therapy should be a collaborative approach, with you as the expert on your life.
