My name is Jessie Martinez. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Saint Paul, MN. I have 5 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

With a caring, open, and non-judgmental approach, I work to create strong therapeutic relationships with clients. Together we can explore past issues, current struggles, and your goals for a healthier and more meaningful future.

My specialties include stress, anxiety, depression, family issues, grief, loss, transition, gender, identity, sex and sexuality, life purpose, and relationships. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Relational, Strengths-Based, Client-Centered, Trauma-Informed, Psychodynamic, and Internal Family Systems. I also incorporate the use of creative expression, holistic health and healing, mindful movement, ritual, and spirituality in my practice.
