I am a clinically licensed social worker in Virginia with over 10 years experience working as a counselor with adolescents and adults. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including anger management, relationship issues, goal setting and achievement, and parenting problems. My counseling style is upbeat, motivational, and interactive. I believe in getting to know each person as a unique individual and working creatively to incorporate your beliefs, values, and important life experiences into reaching your goals.
