About

I'm an LPC located in Texas who specializes in working with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating parenthood. These groups have been my focus for close to ten years. Clients I typically work with are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, body image or self-esteem concerns, and difficulties with managing their roles as parents.

I'm compassionate, attentive, and have a nurturing personality. I believe it's important to offer clients a safe place to communicate their concerns but also offer honest feedback imperative for change. My primarily counseling modalities are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
