I am licensed in Texas with 4 years of professional work experience. I am also a veteran after 12 years in the military. I have experience in helping veterans, service members, families with PTSD, life transitions, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, & trauma and abuse. I help clients through a holistic approach. No one fits perfectly in a box and I tailor the therapy for you using psychotherapy, self-awareness, homework, and more in order to give you tools to use for life.
