My name is Jess and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified advanced alcohol and other drug counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I am committed to helping you bring forth the light inside so that you can shine brighter than ever. I have over 10 years of experience working in the area of mental health, wellness, care coordination and substance use disorders. I use a holistic approach to address all areas of health including physical, emotional, social, environmental, spiritual and mental needs. I offer a blend of therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing and person centered treatment.
