Transformation Starts Here! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with 5 years of therapeutic engagement and service to diverse populations. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies from The University of North Texas. I am passionate about working with clients of all ages who are struggling with anxiety and depression, codependency, communication issues, family conflict, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem and women’s issues. I have worked with clients in colleges, inpatient treatment hospitals, non-profit, private practice, residential treatment settings and substance abuse treatment centers. My goal is to provide a warm, empathetic and nonjudgmental relationship where clients can heal, learn, evolve and achieve personal goals. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches that nurture growth and help clients move away from irrational beliefs, thoughts, and actions toward healthy, conscious and deliberate choices.
