I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. Your story is unique and composed of the experiences that make you who you are today. Every part of our story shapes how we view ourselves; our world; and those around us. My job is to help you reflect; piece together; and process parts of your story to create more clarity and understand the impact these experiences have on your life today. I provide a collaborative approach to therapy - I hope to provide you with the ability to explore new perspectives; develop tools to cope; and highlight your progress along the way.
