Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois, with many differing experiences in the field of mental health and emotional well-being. I have experience working with families, couples, youth, and adults. Having worked in a residential treatment setting, an inpatient psychiatric hospital, and in an outpatient clinic, I am suitable for working with most mental health and emotional concerns.

I support my clients with their concerns related to anxiety, depression, eating disorders, mood and personality disorders, and trauma-related disorders amongst other mental health concerns. Less specific to a diagnosis, I thoroughly enjoy supporting clients with life adjustments and desires for fulfillment and personal growth. I utilize techniques from different modalities, to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I enjoy getting to know each of my clients right where they are at, and helping determine the most effective route in treatment to help them meet their goals.
