I am a licensed professional counselor in Louisiana, Texas, and Georgia. I have been in the mental health field since 2012 and have been licensed since 2016. I graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Masters in Counseling and Guidance.

I practice general mental health counseling for a wide variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationships. I specialize in supporting moms and all birthing parents to become the best version of themselves. I am a certified perinatal mental health therapist. I am a survivor of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and enjoy helping birthing parents adjust to the challenges of parenthood.

I prefer solution-focused, short term therapy and utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and EMDR.
