Welcome to Find A Therapist! My name is Jessica Hupf and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have over 10 years of experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, children. I primarily specialize in women's issues such as adjusting to motherhood, parenting, work/life balance, perfectionism, adjustment to marriage, challenges of being a working mother, and relationship issues/boundary setting, to name a few. My other specializations include parenting, and working with kids and teens.

Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. It can feel liberating to ask for help from a therapist. Sharing your story in a safe environment can be incredibly healing. I encourage you to treat yourself with the same compassion that you show others in your life.

My goal with each of my clients is to build a strong, trusting relationship and work collaboratively to identify your goals. I utilize a combination of therapeutic techniques that I tailor individually to each client, but I always make sure to take an approach that focuses on your pre-existing strenghts and competencies! Making the decision to begin therapy can be difficult and I do my best to make sure that I am helping my clients to make progress toward their goals, while also making them feel comfortable and supported.
