Jessica Epperson (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Path Mental Health. My professional education includes a bachelor’s degree in theater and dance (with a minor in psychology) from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and a master’s degree in social work from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety disorders and related problems as well as those who have experienced trauma. I also have a particular interest in helping address the mental health needs of trans and non-binary communities. I am also passionate about supporting individuals struggling with depression and emotional dysregulation. I utilize multiple treatment modalities including CBT, trauma-focused CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
