I am a Marriage and Family therapist licensed in Florida with over 6 years of experience working with couples, families, and individuals. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, addiction, codependency, grief and loss, postpartum depression, mental health issues, ADHD, fidelity, and sexuality.

My therapy style is direct and interactive. I believe everyone is entitled to respect, and compassion, and I believe all my clients have the answer to their struggles when given the space to express themselves. I also hold the philosophy that you are the expert of your life, I am here to help you give voice to that expert. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, narrative, client centered, emotionally focused therapy, and rational-emotive behavior therapy. I will work with you to identify your specific goals and together we will develop a treatment plan to best meet your style, life, and needs.
