About
Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor with 10 years of experience working with adolescent populations, 5 of which have been in a therapeutic capacity. I have experience working in schools overseas and stateside, with youth involved in the juvenile justice system, and crisis intervention and assessment at community mental health. I strive to help young people reach their potential by supporting them with learning various coping skills, ways to resolve conflict and have more meaningful relationships, stress management, and futures planning/ goal setting. I have worked with a wide range of young people aged that have struggled with anxiety/depression, mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, family systems issues, and social concerns such as relationships and self esteem.
I believe that every young person has the ability to reach their highest potential in life, whatever they determine that looks like. My therapeutic philosophy is that emerging adults should be the ones to drive their own bus throughout the therapeutic process. I am there to help them navigate and reach their destination with the fewest road blocks throughout the journey. I can't wait to meet you!
