About

I am a licensed professional counselor who has been providing individualized therapy to adults for 8 years. I have treated clients with a wide variety of disorders, such as bi-polar, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety, social phobia, substance abuse, adjustment disorders and grief/loss to name a few. I am compassionate, understanding and strive to provide the best care possible to fit each clients individualized needs. I focus on improving each clients weaknesses and use their strengths to overcome their disorder.

I use cognitive behavioral, humanistic, existential, rational emotive, psychodynamic and solution focused treatment modalities. I use Christian beliefs per clients request. I enjoy working with clients to help them improve their lives to move forward on a journey of growth, healing and hope.
