Hello! Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I have worked with children, youth, adults, and families in various settings and organizations such as outpatient, schools (K-12, community college), and non-profit legal organizations. My experience has given me the opportunity to work with clients dealing with a broad range of concerns including: stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, and self-esteem just to name a few.

My counseling style is warm, empathetic, supportive, and collaborative. I believe that no one can empower you like yourself. My approach primarily is client centered and draws upon cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, narrative, solution-focused, and trauma-focused counseling. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
