Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Maryland with over 5 years of experience practicing child, individual, and family therapy. I have worked mainly with children from the ages of 4 to 18 years old, as well as, with various ages of family members to provide a holistic approach to address various mental health needs. These needs have ranged from depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, DMDD, and ADHD. I also have experience with many individuals whom have experienced physical or emotional abuse, neglect, and other trauma-related stressors.

My counseling style is supportive and interactive. I believe in treating each client with respect, empathy, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, skills system, ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency), and person-centered therapy. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs, while incorporating various evidenced-based approaches to best support you. I strive to empower each person to become a self-advocate through our work with one another.
