Hi, I'm Jess. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 11 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. Do you feel overwhelmed? Are you struggling with relationship issues? Are you having difficulty managing the day to day tasks? I can help you find ways to manage these stressors, improve your communication and conflict resolution skills while processing your feelings and exploring the root causes. We'll use a strengths based and person-in-environment approach. I integrate mindfulness and coping strategies into our sessions as well. Whether you are dealing with feeling overwhelmed, cycles of anxiety, depression, mood regulation or relationship issues, I am here to help.
