I desires to act as a professional mentor and guide through life’s challenges. I believe no one should struggle alone and I commend anyone with the courage to reach out for help. Let me join you wherever you are on life’s journey as you search to find peace, hope, and healing. I specialize using Person-Centered Therapy with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and a solution-focused approach when needed. I am interested in coming alongside adults of all ages who need to work through grief, stress, anger, coping skills, anxiety, and depression. I also have experience in divorce care as well as general relationship and family dynamic issues. I graduated from Midwestern State University with a master’s degree in Counseling and became an LPC in 2020.
