Have you been struggling with your mental health and feel like life is not going the way you want? When this happens, we may feel alone; however, you do not have to struggle in silence. I am here to help! As your therapist, I will strive to create a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space for you to feel supported, validated, and empowered. Therapy is about you, and you are free to bring whatever emotions, feelings, and issues you are currently experiencing. I received my Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology in 2021. Through my humanistic therapy background, I promote an empathetic and collaborative environment where we can work together to optimize your mental health and well-being. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, 13 years old and up. I work with mainly women and individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and other various life changes.
