Hi, I'm Jessica! I know it can be vulnerable to look into therapy, and I am here to make this experience as easy as I can for you. I love helping people to truly love themselves and have self-compassion. I am here to help you find yourself and discover what truly makes you happy in life and live life to its fullest. I am here to EMPOWER YOU in your goals and healing journey. I'm also a huge believer that there is always hope and will help you to feel this every step of the way. I got my bachelor's in Psychology and my master's in Clinical Social Work at BYU. When I am not working I am typically doing something active, whether that is Crossfit, doing half marathons, or taking my little toddler on adventures. I love to read and am always trying to grow as a person, which helps me to better serve people like you. I also love being around friends and family, and love meeting and connecting with new people. The thing that brings me the most joy in life is spending time with my sweet 3 year old girl and watching her excitement for life.
