Hello! My name is Jessica, I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over seven years of experience providing therapy services.

I know it can be difficult to reach out and I’m so glad you have taken the first steps to a happier, healthier you!

A little bit about myself, I have worked with a wide range of clients in a variety of therapeutic settings. I have experience working with children, young adults, families, parents and women.

My approach to therapy is client centered, you are the expert on your life and the direction in which you would like to see your life going. I guide and support you with empathy and compassion towards identifying and accomplishing your goals. Helping move you towards a life where you feel empowered and can experience the life you want.
