I am a licensed professional counselor with over ten years experience working with children, teens, adults and families. I have experience helping individuals cope with many life challenges, from anxiety, end of life issues, grief, depression, autism, adhd , and other life changes.
My approach is warm and individualized, helping individuals identify and prioritize their goals for treatment, then working on them together. I often apply cognitive behavioral techniques to help facilitate change and help clients work on changing their thought patterns long term. Mindfulness is also an important component and I like to incorporate it as well
