Hi There!! I am Jessica. I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist in Florida and a licensed professional counselor in Wyoming specializing in areas of anxiety, relationships, trauma and trauma recovery, and areas of life transitions. I have worked within many different treatment areas and am glad you are here. The first step to entering into therapy can be difficult. You have conquered that. Welcome here to the beginning of meeting your goals. It can be difficult to open up to those around you about the areas you want to address. Therapy provides an outlet to explore your life while using skills such as positive thought, mindfulness, forgiveness, and so much more to become your best self. I believe that empowerment and dedication to what you want in this world can be achieved through the work we will complete together. I enjoy using your strengths to get to the root of any struggles, whether it be anxiety, stress, trauma, or even life transitions, we will work from the start to identify goals that will aid in the reasons that brought you to therapy. Life can become overwhelming at times. You have made the first step in being here. Therapy can be a new adventure to what you want to grow from or change, I am here to help you on this path.
