I am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado with over 10 years of experience. I have worked with clients with various concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, gender dysphoria, issues stemming from family of origin, and life transitions. I am a trauma-focused therapist helping people who have experienced trauma and abuse.

My therapy style is warm and interactive and I tailor my sessions and treatment plans to my clients' needs. My process is a combination of client-centered therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I incorporate attachment theory, family systems theory, self-compassion, and mindfully processing thoughts and emotions throughout my sessions.
