Hello! My name is Jessica. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in the state of North Carolina. I graduated with my Masters of Social Work from UNC Pembroke in 2014 and ever since then I have been providing counseling services. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, both inpatient and outpatient. I have worked with clients individually and in a group setting.

When working with clients, my main approach is client centered and strengths based. I assist individuals in being able to identify their strengths, although at times it can be hard to do so. I also heavily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. Every one is different and those differences are what makes us unique!

I offer all of my clients a warm, welcoming, and non judgmental space where they can feel safe in expressing their thoughts and needs to me. I enjoy seeing people succeed and I will root for you from the sidelines until you meet your goals!
