I am a family and marriage counselor licensed in California and a Psychological Candidate completing a doctorate program. I have experience in treating trauma, family dynamics, life changes/transitions, and relationships.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. Your experience is priority and our collaborative work will honor that.

I believe that speaking our experience and practicing vulnerability is an absolutely daring act. Allowing ourselves to be seen and understood is brave and is the first step toward change and freedom. My approach combines brainspotting, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and trauma informed. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs, partnering emotional work with appropriate psychoeducation.
